Important Recovery Security Notice: Cloud backup accounts are protected by a To-Do List Permanent Code issued during cloud activation. To protect user privacy and list data against unauthorized access:
  • Mandatory Verification: Your To-Do List Permanent Code can only be released after identity verification sent to the original email address registered during cloud activation.
  • No Email Reassignment: Contacting support cannot change the registered email of a cloud backup account.
  • Do Not Share Secrets: Never enter your To-Do List Permanent Code or passwords in this form or in public messages. ToolBayan support will never ask for your permanent code.
Your Cloud Account Reference ID (e.g. tb_grp_...), found in your To-Do List Cloud Sync panel or activation email.
Non-sensitive details that help the administrator confirm account ownership during manual review.
