CSC Guidelines

Based on Civil Service Commission (CSC) Omninbus Rules on Leave:

  • Earned credits accrue at 1.25 days per month each for VL and SL.
  • Equivalent to 15 days VL and 15 days SL per year.
  • Monetization formula: Total Credits × Daily Rate, where Daily Rate = Monthly Salary / 22 (simplified).
