Effective Review Strategies for CSE
Passive reading of review books is rarely enough to pass the CSE. Implement active learning techniques.
Active Recall
After reading a study guide section, close the book and write down everything you remember. This forces your brain to retrieve information, strengthening retention.
Spaced Repetition
Do not cram. Study a topic, review it 24 hours later, then 3 days later, then weekly. This moves the information from short-term memory to long-term storage.
Practice with Real Timers
Take mock tests under actual exam time constraints. This builds mental stamina and helps you practice skip-and-return strategies for hard questions.
