How to Prepare a CSC-Compliant ID Picture
The Civil Service Commission (CSC) enforces strict guidelines for ID photos submitted with exam applications.
Photo Specifications
- Name Tag: Must include a hand-held name tag showing your signature and full name printed in a last-name-first format (e.g.
DELA CRUZ, JUAN A.). - Background: Solid white background.
- Recency: Taken within three months of application.
- Facial Features: Full face view, neutral expression, eyes open. Eyeglasses, hats, or headbands must be removed.
