Government deadlines are typically computed as follows:

  • RA 11032 (Ease of Doing Business): 3, 7, or 20 working days depending on transaction complexity.
  • Code of Conduct (RA 6713): Reply to letters/requests within 15 working days.
  • If the last day falls on a weekend or holiday, the due date is moved to the **next working day**.
