About the Examination
The Fire Officer Examination (FOE) is administered by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) in partnership with the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP). Passing this exam grants Fire Officer Second Class Eligibility, which is required for promotion to second-level ranks or general entry into the BFP.

Reporting Time
Arrive at the testing center by 6:30 AM. Testing gates close at exactly 7:45 AM. Late arrivals will not be allowed.
Room Assignment Reminder
Verify your room and building assignments via the CSC ONSA portal. Lists are also posted at school gates on the morning of the exam.
Dress Code
Smart casual attire, preferably a plain white shirt or top. Sleeveless shirts, shorts, ripped jeans, tokong pants, and slippers are prohibited. Long hair must be tied in a ponytail.
