Do I need to register or create an account?
No. ToolBayan is built for immediate access. You do not need to register, provide your email, or create a password. Simply open the website, select a tool, and complete your task.
How does ToolBayan make money?

Where are my uploaded files stored?
ToolBayan does not upload or store your documents, signatures, or photos on our servers.

- This means your files are loaded directly into your web browser's local memory and processed on your device. Once you close the tab, your files vanish completely.
Are my generated documents secure?
Absolutely. Since your documents are created locally on your computer or smartphone, nobody else can view, edit, or copy your work. You are in complete control of your data security.

Are the generated letters and memorandums official?
Our document generators (such as Memorandums and Travel Orders) follow standard Philippine civil service and administrative office formatting. However, guidelines and layouts vary across different municipal, provincial, and national agencies. Always consult your office head or legal officer to ensure our templates match your specific agency's local protocols before signing and submitting them.
Can I save my templates to edit later?
Since we do not save your data on our servers to protect your privacy, you cannot save templates in a cloud account. We recommend filling out and downloading your documents in a single session.
