ToolBayan's PDF Editor allows you to load, annotate, and fill out PDF forms without any installation or licensing fees.
Who Can Use It
Government clerks, administrative officers, students, and anyone filling out official forms (like BIR, CSC, or GSIS).
How to Use It
- Upload File: Select or drag a PDF into the workbench area.
- Add Content: Use the toolbar to insert text, dates, checks, or signatures.
- Position Elements: Drag and drop text fields to align them with form grids.
- Place Signature: Draw your signature or upload a transparent PNG.
- Download: Click "Save PDF" to export the completed document.
Best Practices
Keep background textures clean. Use standard fonts (Arial or Times) to match the official look.
